Yesterday I was in the mood for something sweet but simple. Grilled peaches meets both of those requirements and they’re so easy to make. With only 4 ingredients required you too can make this easy delicious and savory dessert.
Ingredients
2 tablespoons of brown sugar
2 tablespoons of butter
4 peaches
Vanilla ice cream
Method
Preheat your grill to 350°.
While your grill is preheating cut your peaches in half and remove the pits.
Melt the butter and mix in the brown sugar to form a paste. Cover the cut side of your peaches with the paste. You may choose to make the sugar butter paste again.
Grill the peaches, cut side down for 5 minutes. Then flip and grill the round side for 5 minutes. Depending on the ripeness of your peaches they may need to be grilled longer or shorter. You want your peaches to be soft.
Serve immediately with a scoop of vanilla ice cream. Enjoy!!!
